The building portrays a dynamic feature that creates a strong presence in the immediate vicinity. The sharp feature of the Main Entrance and the signature ‘Z’ which represents the initial for the owner of the foundation, has become an icon for identifying this Complex. Built with the intention to serve the best for the less fortunate minority of the public, the design and quality of the building was never compromised despite the limited funds.

The building has linear thin strip planning designed for maximum natural lighting and cross ventilation. The generous display of facade sun shading devices eliminate as much daylight glare as possible and optimizing the internal spaces comfort.
