Revival of Old Community

This centre is located in a local Duyong village and it consists of many components to support and educate the tourists as well as locals of the history and provide grounds to hold activities related to ‘Silat’, the popular Malay martial art.

There is a museum featuring the history of the Melaka Sultanate era and the famous 5 warriors, a Multipurpose Hall, 7 units of typical traditional Malay houses and many more. The scheme was fully based on the traditional Melaka Malay architecture and it succeeded to recreate the environment of a typical village in the Sultanate era past glory.
