Yayasan Melaka, being one of the most progressive semi-government bodies in Melaka aimed to have a new corporate building of its own, depicting its dynamic nature of business.

Derived from the shape of the corporate logo, the building facade features a playful slant to break away from the seemingly endless bands between the ribbon windows.
